Unbelievable but true! A 6 year old Boy has drifted away in a Homemade Ballon contraption. I hope he is safe. CNN reports:
Officials are concerned that a 6-year-old boy who drifted away in a homemade helium balloon on Thursday may already have fallen out of it, an undersheriff said.
It has been reported that an arrest has finally made in the Bart Police Officer early morning shooting and killing of 22 year old Oscar Grant on New Years Day. Reportedly, Bart Officer Johannes Mehserle was arrested somewhere in Nevada. I’m not sure what he was doing in Nevada when he was the Perpetrator for killing a defenseless man as he lay face down with his hands behind his back. The arrest comes on the eve of the next scheduled protest of Grant’s Murder and fury that an arrest had not been made when the killing had been videotaped and witnessed by dozens. KTVU reports:
OAKLAND, Calif. — Several well-placed sources are telling KTVU news that a warrant was issued for former BART officer Johannes Mehserle and that the officer is now in police custody.
Jennifer Hudson’s ex-brother in law William Balfour has been arrested in connection with the Murders of the actress’ Mother, Brother and 7 year old nephew. Mr. Balfour had been detained as a suspect and on violation of probation charges immediately following the murders which occurred over a month ago. But now he has been formally charged in this matter. The interesting thing though is that there doesn’t seem to be any additional evidence found, but an arrest has been made. Hmmm….
The New York Times is reporting that Hillary Clinton will accept President Elect Obama’s nomination and be our next Secretary of State. The announcement wil be made after the Thanksgiving Holiday!

The Hudson Family funeral was held November 3rd for Jennifer Hudson’s Mother Darnell Donerson, Brother Jason Hudson and Nephew Julian King.
In very sad news, Vice President of Def Jam Records Shakir Stewart committed suicide Saturday night with a self inflicted gun shot to his head. Stewart replaced Jay Z as VP in June of this year. Def Jam issued the following statement:
L.A. Reid and all of us at Island Def Jam Music Group are deeply saddened by the passing of our dear friend and colleague Shakir Stewart. Shakir was an amazing man, in every sense of the word. A truly incredible friend and father who was an inspiration to not only our artists and employees, but to his family and the many people who had the privilege of counting him as a friend. Our hearts and prayers go out to his family at this very difficult time.

I figured that this would happen. After Michelle Balfour made allegations about Jennifer Hudson’s brother Jason selling drugs out of the family home, if there was any truth to it, the stories would begin to surface. And sure enough, TMZ is reporting that Jason Hudson and Julian King’s father Gregory King were both involved in a drug raid in the family home 6 years ago:
We’ve obtained arrest reports and other docs in connection with a sting operation in Chicago. On March 4, 2002, Chicago cops targeted Jason Hudson, Jennifer’s murdered brother, and Gregory King, the father of Julian, the murdered 7-year-old boy. Both men allegedly sold crack cocaine to a registered informant. Cops then raided the very home where Jason was murdered last week. According to documents, Jason, Gregory and Julia (Jennifer’s sister) were all arrested.
Julia was never charged with a crime. Jason was charged with cocaine trafficking, but the main count was dismissed in 2004 because the judge ruled police conducted an illegal search. During that hearing, Jennifer’s mom had to choose whether to go to Hollywood to watch her daughter on “American Idol” or be in court…she chose the latter.
Gregory was convicted. Jason agreed to enroll in a drug abuse program and the less serious remaining charge was dismissed.
Cops say Jason and Gregory were affiliated with the gang, Gangster Disciples. That’s the same gang that William Balfour, the “person of interest” was in. The lawyer who repped Jason told TMZ cops often jumped to conclusions and assumed people in that neighborhood were gang members
This story just gets worse and worse everyday. TMZ is also reporting that the police believe that they found the gun that was possibly used in all three murders.
This is really disturbing! What is wrong with people? It is just politics, it should not govern your life to lead you to do something like this to express yourself? Well two West Hollywood men, Chad Michael Morrisette and his partner, Mito Aviles, both 28, say that they have the right to hang a manikin in Sarah Palin’s image by the neckand add an evil looking John McCain over the fireplace to complete the set. Their neighbors hate it and want the display taken down. But, It appears that they can keep it up because the Police Department say that their display is protected under the right to Free Speech. WTF?
Also, why would anyone want to see this display posted out side of their home? I don’t get it. anyway check it out….They say it is all in the spirit of Halloween!
The worst has been confirmed. TMZ is reporting that the Police have told the Hudson family that the body of the 7 year old male found earlier today in the abandoned white SUV is in fact Julian King. TMZ is reporting that Jennifer Hudson is at the Medical Examiner’s office confirming the identity.
TMZ reported that Julian was shot at least one time in the head. What kind of an animal shoots a child in the head? I hope they find the guilty party and that they rot in jail for the rest of their lives.
The Medical Examiner’s office in Chicago is investigating the identity of a child’s body found in a deserted SUV. The SUV in question, is the vehicle that the police had been searching for and was last seen parked in the driveway of Jennifer Hudson’s mother Darnell Donerson. Ms. Hudson’s mother and brother Jason were murdered Friday and their bodies were discoverd in Mrs Donerson’s home. Ms. Hudson’s nephew 7 year old Julian King has been missing since Friday evening.
