Lil Wayne is a Father for the 3rd time in one year.  This is Nivea and Lil Wayne’s 1st child together and it is the 4th child for both (he has 3 children from previous relationships and she has 3 children with ex-husband The Dream).  Neal Carter was born around 12pm on November 30th.
