Lisa Marie Presley appeared on Oprah yesterday and provided an extremely intimate interview about her experience of losing her late husband Michael Jackson, how her 1 1/2 year marriage to the King of Pop was Real in every sense and why she is talking about her loss now.
Lisa definitely comes across as sincere and that she truly mourned the loss of Michael Jackson.
TMZ posted this story and I have to say this is the most ridiculous stories that I have ever read about Michael Jackson having an illegitimate child out there.
Here’s the story — Mocienne Petit Jackson claims that back in 1975, 17-year-old Michael Jackson secretly impregnated her mother Barbara … who happens to be Diana Ross’ sister.

It seems that everyone has some interest in Michael Jackson’s ‘This is It’ Documentary. Hollywood Celebrities came out in large numbers to the premiere of Sony Pictures’ “This Is It” held at Nokia Theatre Downtown LA on October 27, 2009 in Los Angeles, California.

I’m not sure if I understand this one. Maybe, I am just uninformed, but do Parents of Celebrities usually get a Celebrity Star? Kind of a reward for creating children who grew up to be celebrities? If that is a new criteria for getting a star, then I guess Joe Jackson should be one of the first.
Here Joe is receiving the Star for him and his family from Brendan Theater President and CEO Johnny Brenden. The unveiling of the Star took place before the screening of Michael Jackson’s ‘This is It’ at the Brenden Theatres inside the Palms Casino Resort October 27, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Janet Jackson does her first interview since the untimely death of her Superstar Brother Michael Jackson on June 25th. She is quite candid with her emotions, learning about her beloved brother’s death, what life has been like for her since and her new single status. This is more information than I ever remember Janet revealing in this interview as we know that she has always been a very private person. And she is looking quite fabulous in the pics as well:
Janet Jackson hasn’t watched television since her brother Michael died suddenly in Los Angeles on June 25. She has blocked herself off completely from the hysterical media coverage of his death — who did it, what did it. “It will drive you crazy,” she says. “People can have rhinoceros skin, but there’s a point when something’s going to hurt you. Not everyone is stone, stone. I haven’t watched the news in weeks. I had to ask my chef, How’s Obama doing? I haven’t read a newspaper. On top of that, [we’ve lost] a family member.”
The last time Janet saw Michael was on May 14, two days before her 43rd birthday. It was a family celebration, the Jackson kids were running around, and she and her big brother hung out, ate Thai food, and tormented each other. “We had so much fun that day,” she says, her soft voice almost inaudible. “We kept calling each other after and saying how great it was.”
Janet left soon after to start work on Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married Too. She was on set in Atlanta when she got the call that Michael had died. She immediately returned to L.A., plunging headlong into a private family grief served up to a ravenous public. Of course, one of the most moving images from the memorial service was of Michael’s daughter, Paris, who stepped up to the microphone and said, “Daddy has been the best father you could ever imagine” before grabbing her aunt Janet for support. “I was really proud,” Janet recalls. “People said to me that Michael’s daughter speaking really gave them a sense of how he was as a father, in her words. Paris is incredibly smart; they are all so smart. She’s a sweet girl. The kids are doing well. They’re with all their cousins; that family love will keep them going.”
After the service, Janet and sisters La Toya and Rebbie went to speak to the fans. Janet, who said a brief and quiet thank-you, was greeted with thunderous applause. “I don’t remember that at all,” she says. “I really didn’t want to say anything. I left that night to go back to Atlanta to film.”
Everyone and their Mama wants money from Michael Jackson’s estate. Apparently, Michael’s date Ola Ray feels that she is entitled to some back royalties from the part that she played in the iconic video ‘Thriller’. TMZ reports:
Ola Ray sued Michael for breach of contract back in May, claiming she was stiffed out of her cut of the “Thriller” profits.
Since Michael’s not around anymore, she wants the estate to pay up — filing a creditor’s claim in L.A. County Superior Court on Friday.
Although it’s been almost four months since she first filed the initial papers against MJ, she still doesn’t know how much money she’s owed.
Seriously Ola? You really think that you are owed Royalties from ‘Thriller’? Unless Ola did some behind the scenes work that I was unaware of…..I’m pretty sure that she has nothing coming. I mean that was 1982, right? Even back then, she was just a video girl and as far as I know that was it, we never saw her again (Playboy yes, but no other videos)….right? Well, at least she came up with this ridiculitis back in May and it didn’t originate from trying to get something from Michael’s death. But since she is still pursuing it, she is moving into leech-town…
Oh and the reason that she is unsure of how much she’s owed is because she was already paid the agreed sum about 27 years ago!
Michael Jackson’s MD Dr. Conrad Murray posted this video to let his supporters know that he is okay, because he has not been able to return calls, emails or well wishes, because he is frightened. I know that his life has been completely turned upside down since he became the center of the focus in Michael Jackson’s death. But I don’t know about him saying that he is frightened. Before this video, I might have believed that he is frightened. A person who is afraid and who wants to be ghost doesn’t upload a video on Facebook. They Twitter…..
Kanye West has officially lost his mind. Now that Michael Jackson has died, he feels he can claim his title. I love Kanye’s music and he is incredibly talented, but to say that he is anywhere in the league of Michael Jackson is crazy:
You know everyone loves and respects Michael but times change. It’s so sad to see Michael gone but it makes a path for a new King of Pop and I’m willing to take that on. There’s nobody who can match me in sales and in respect so it only makes sense for me to take over Michael’s crown and become the new King. First there was Elvis, then there was Michael, now in the 21st century its Kanye’s time to rule. I have nothing but respect for Michael but someone needs to pick up where he left off and there’s nobody better than me to do that. I am the new King of Pop.”
And the question has to be asked? How does Kanye West get his head through the door with that big ego he has? I sed to always say that Kanye needed a hug, now I just think he needs some rest!
