Sarah Palin Wishes That Levi Would Just Go Away!
I don’t think that there is a level that Levi Johnston will not stoop to. He appeared on ‘The Early Show revealing more inside secrets about Sarah Palin. Levi is maintaining that Sarah Palin referred to her youngest son Trig as retarded. Trig was born with Down Syndrome. He also hinted that he had additional damaging information about Sarah Palin. Seriously? I guess he will reveal that after the Playgirl spread when his money is running low. Honestly, he is just the lowest of low and all of America should be happy that he didn’t end up in the White House. He wouldn’t have been able to sleep at night thinking about how he would betray the hand that feeds him next.

Most laughable moment of this interview? Levi says that he is leaking more about Sarah Palin, because of how she has backstabbed and betrayed him. Ha! New meaning to the phrase ‘Pot calling the Kettle Black’.
Sarah Palin has responded to Levi’s interview and issued a statement:
“We have purposefully ignored the mean spirited, malicious and untrue attacks on our family,” the statement read. “We, like many, are appalled at the inflammatory statements being made or implied. Trig is our ‘blessed little angel’ who knows it and is lovingly called that every day of his life. Even the thought that anyone would refer to Trig by any disparaging name is sickening and sad. CBS should be ashamed for continually providing a forum to propagate lies. Consider the source of the most recent attention-getting lies — those who would sell their body for money reflect a desperate need for attention and are likely to say and do anything for even more attention.”
Senator Ted Kennedy Dies of Brain Cancer
Senator Ted Kennedy has died at age 77 after a year long battle with Brain Cancer. His family issued the following statement tonight:
“Edward M. Kennedy – the husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle we loved so deeply – died late Tuesday night at home in Hyannis Port.
We’ve lost the irreplaceable center of our family and joyous light in our lives, but the inspiration of his faith, optimism, and perseverance will live on in our hearts forever.
We thank everyone who gave him care and support over this last year, and everyone who stood with him for so many years in his tireless march for progress toward justice, fairness and opportunity for all.
He loved this country and devoted his life to serving it. He always believed that our best days were still ahead, but it’s hard to imagine any of them without him.”
For decades Kennedy has served in the Senate and he has long been a strong Advocate for Health care and Civil Rights for all. He was the youngest and surviving brother of the Kennedy Family and he served as the Patriach after his Brothers John F. Kennedy and Robert Kennedy were gunned down in the 60’s. His final stance (even after he was diagnosed with Brain Cancer) was to come out a rally his support for Barack Obama to become the first African American President.
Born in Boston on February 22, 1932, Edward Moore Kennedy was the last of nine children of Joseph P. Kennedy, a prominent businessman and Democrat, and Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy. Joseph Kennedy served as ambassador to Britain before World War II and pushed his sons to strive for the presidency, a burden “Teddy” bore for much of his life as the only surviving Kennedy son.
Kennedy is survived by his second wife, Victoria Ann Reggie Kennedy, whom he married in 1992; his first wife, Joan Bennett; and five children — Patrick, Kara and Edward Jr. from his first marriage, and Curran and Caroline Raclin from his second.
My Prayers go out to the Kennedy Family. Ted Kennedy was a great man whose presence will be missed.
President Obama’s Interview by 11 year old Damon Weaver
11 year old Damon Weaver has quite a resume on him. He has already had an interview with Joe Biden and now with President Obama. Damon clearly will be succesful in whatever he decides to do as he already knows how to ask the ‘tough questions. Too Cute!
Regina Benjamin is President Obama’s Nominee for Surgeon General
President Obama has made his choice for Surgeon General: Dr. Regina Benjamin:
Obama called her an “outstanding candidate to be America’s leading spokesperson on issues of public health.”
Benjamin, a rural health care specialist, founded a clinic to serve the poor along Alabama’s Gulf Coast. She is the founder and chief executive officer of the Bayou La Batre Rural Health Clinic in Alabama, and has made a mission of treating Bayou La Batre’s poor and immigrant communities.
Growing up in Daphne, Alabama, Benjamin received her medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1984. She was named by U.S. News and World Report as one of America’s best leaders last year.
Benjamin’s father died with diabetes and high blood pressure, her only brother of HIV, her mother of lung cancer “because as a young girl, she wanted to smoke just like her twin brother could” – an uncle now on oxygen as a result.
“I cannot change my family’s past. I can be a voice in the movement to improve our nation’s health care and our nation’s health,” Benjamin said. “I want to be sure that no one falls through the cracks as we improve our health care system.”
Congratulations to Dr. Benjamin!
Governor Mark Sanford Eventually Gives Apology
Governor Mark Sanford had to come clean today and admit that he in Argentina having an affair with a woman (who was not his wife) for 5 days. Originally, Sanford had claimed that while he was out hiking along the Appalachian Mountains by himself and that he was stunned that people (including his wife) were so concerned that he seemed to have gone missing. Seriously, I’m having difficulty believing that any intelligent person would come up with such a ridiculous story to account for his absence.
Anyway, Sanford kind of rambles on for a while, before he gets into his apology. Man, this guy is a great Apologizer. He must mess up alot and have ample opportunities to take responsibility for his wrongdoings, because he apologized to everybody. Of course, we don’t know how the main people in his life like his Wife and kids are taking his apology, but I’m thinking there are at least two people that were not buying his apology. Those two young women who are positioned to the left of his shoulder. Look at their faces while he admits his discretions, they are cracking up. I don’t know if they have some bets out on the Governor’s discretions, but they are smiling like its money that they are winning.

Sarah Palin Bans Levi’s Family from Seeing Grandbaby!
I’m hoping that this is not true. But it has been reported that Governor Sarah Palin is fueding with Levi’s family about visiting her new Grandchild Tripp Johnston. It’s been reported that Governor Palin is very unhappy with the drug bust that centered around Levi’s Mother Sherry and she was arrested on several drug charges that included selling Prescription Drugs. She is very much dedicated to protecting her Grandchild and raising him around desirable influences:
She hasn’t let Sherry or her daughter Mercede, Levi’s sister, meet the new baby:
Bristol Palin, 18, gave birth to Tripp on Dec. 27, but neither Sherry nor her daughter Mercede has been allowed to see the baby, say sources.
A furious Mercede, called Sadie by friends, has complained on the Internet that the governor is snubbing the family.
“We aren’t Palins so therefore we are white trash,” she wrote on a Web site.
Sadie told a pal: “Sarah Palin is breaking our hearts. She won’t let us see the baby.
“Bristol doesn’t want us around either, and Levi’s too weak to stand up against them.
“Mom’s arrest was just was Sarah was looking for to freeze out our family. They’ve always looked down on us and went into shot when Levi got Bristol pregnant.”
A family friend confirmed to The Enquirer that since Sherry’s arrest, Palin has shut out the Johnston family.
This seems a little far fetched. She cannot possibly keep the baby from Levi’s family forever. I guess Sarah is looking to the future and trying to distance herself from any negativity. Family related drug busts just don’t go very well during elections. I will say this, if she is keeping the baby from them, Levi is going to have to ‘Man Up’ because he definitely has rights. I guess time will tell.
