Celebrities came together to participate in a Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief for Haiti. The event was broadcasted in three locations: The Kaufman Studios in New York, CBS Television Studios in Los Angeles and at The Hospital Club in London. The Event was given by MTV studios in an effort to provide Relief for the Millions of Haitians devastated by the 7.1 Earthquake last week. Big name celebrities donated their time and performed Inspirational Music (available for purchase on Itunes). All Celebrities clearly checked their egos at the door. Well Done! Perry got the party at the “Katy Kat Club” going with a cabaret-style medley of Black Eyed Peas‘ “I Gotta Feeling,” David Guetta‘s “When Love Takes Over,” featuring Kelly Rowland, Kings of Leon‘s “Use Somebody,” Beyoncé‘s “Halo” and Lady Gaga‘s “Poker Face.” Gotta admire this girl! Beyonce, Jay Z, Tokio Hill, U2 and others performed.

Kanye West appeared on Jay Leno Tonight and apologized for ruining Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech last night at MTV’s Award Show. I don’t know what he was thinking, but I’m pretty sure he regrets acting so foolishly now. There are Facebook pages dedicated to hating Kanye (personally I think that is way to much energy spent on Kanye, especially since most of the members don’t even know him). Maybe Kanye should get one of those ‘Just Say No’ T-shirts that Lindsay Lohan was sporting recently. I don’t know, I still think he needs a hug, even if he is shooting for a straight jacket.
