Angelina Jolie should have been the Plaintiff against the Bratz Dolls

 

Okay, so a Judge ruled in favor of Mattel Inc. that MGA Entertainment, Inc’s  Bratz Dolls had to be pulled from the shelves following the Holiday Season.  This decision is the climax to a four year fight that Mattel has had against MGA that the dolls infringed on Mattel’s copyrights.  Apparently, Carter Bryant, the creator of the Bratz worked for Mattel while he came up with the idea for the Dolls.  To which I say a hearty ‘ So What’ to.  What does that mean?  That you cannot be creative in the same field that you work in, if you work for a huge Corporation?  That’s crap.  What I really believe is that if Angelina Jolie had filed a suit that Carter had copied her likeness to create these dolls, she would have had one hell of a case on her hands!  I have always thought these dolls looks so much like Angelina that a lawsuit was coming soon enough.  But nothing from the Jolie camp (let’s face it, she is too busy with her six luvcubs to pay too much attention to this mess). 

But I guess you can’t hate on Mattel to take MGA to court.   It’s a classic case of don’t hate the playa, hate the game!  I mean they have had the Monopoly on these dolls for years and years, how dare anyone try to get a slice of their pie!

Pants….Who needs them? Not Pammy!

 

 Here is Pammy Anderson arriving at an Art show event in Miami last night…..WTF?  Even for Pammy…….WTF?  I mean she just looks like she got up from bed, caught a glimpse of a calendar and realized that she was running late for the show and ran out the door.  This mess could not have been planned, because nothing matches….Nothing!  And she is accessorising it all with a Campbell soup purse.  Ooh, I just had a glimpse into the future, why can I see Pammy embarrassing herself  and offending others like this when she is 60 years old?  Not a good look.

Boy George Update from SNL!

This really cracked me up, because his impersonation of Boy George was right on it. I have read the story of Boy George torturing the ‘Escort’ who he believed was tampering on his computer. The real question is what does Boy George have on his computer that puts him in such a tizzy that he is beating folks down to protect it? So, either he was desperate to keep that info safe or SNL is right and his is just a maniac!

Things that Suri Requires to go on an Outing!

 

 Katie Holmes was spotted taking Little Suri to see the Christmas lights at Rockerfeller the other night.  It looked like Katie had a full load in her hands with Suri and her dolls.  These pics cracked me up, because I immediately thought that Katie had to bribe Suri to go out by promising to bring her favorite dolls.  I mean, there are so many dolls she can barely hold them, but there she is doing the juggling act.  The following photos show Katie trying to get Suri out the door with one doll.  But eh-eh, doesn’t look like Suri was having it!
