Mischa Barton is pissed at Nicole Richie about Headbands?

 

 

It has been reported that Mischa Barton is upset with Nicole Ritchie for copying her idea for headbands.  Both Richie and Barton launched a line of headbands this year.  Richie got the jump on Barton and her line ‘House of Harlow’ came out earlier this year.  Mischa’s line just came out and it is sold on staceylapidus.com (don’t know if this is the name of the line). 

I am a little intrigued about why Mischa thinks that Nicole stole her idea.  Imaging this…. 2.5 years ago they coming home from a night of partying and in their drunken haze, Mischa started a rant about how she would like to bring Headbands back while she thought that Nicole was passed out in the backseat?  Nicole was passedout, but the words sunk into her unconscious!  When she sobered up, she becamed absorbed in the idea of creating a line of headbands, not knowing where the idea came from.  Mischa remembered that Nicole was in the car and decided that the sneaky little heffa must have been pretending to be ass out drunk.

My two cents on the matter.  I hate headbands that tie across the forehead!  I think that they are ugly as hell!  I didn’t like them when Flappers wore them (although it did work better with that era), I detested when hippies wore them, absolutely couldn’t stand them in the 80’s (all the clothes were ugly in that decade) and I escpecially hate that both of these girls are trying to revive the headband.  I wish that Paris had slapped both of them when they were in that car 2.5 years ago and told them that if they launched a headband line, she would torture them by cutting another CD.

Sometimes my imagination gets the best of me….

Daddy’s Girls Trailer!

 

 

On January 5th, MTV will debut Vanessa and Angela Simmons Reality Show ‘Daddy’s Girls’.  The new show of course is a spin off to their parent’s very successful show ‘Run’s House’.  The girls will be moving to California and the cast will include their cousin Jessica and new friend (their old friends are wondering WTF) Alycia.    I am looking forward to it.  Check out the clip below!  P.S. Has anyone else noticed that MTV hardly plays music anymore?

DJ AM is suing Dead People?

I knew that it was just a matter of time before DJ AM would be filing his own lawsuit about the airplane crash two months ago that killed 4 people and injured Travis Barker and AM.  Travis Barker filed his lawsuit last month, so of course DJ AM followed suit. 

TMZ says DJ AM is suing the estates of the two pilots who died in the crash as well as Clay Lacy Aviation, Global Exec Aviation, Inter Travel & Services Inc, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co, and Learjet.

In his lawsuit, DJ AM claims when the pilots reached takeoff speed, they knew shit was going down after one of the tires blew out. Instead of taking off, the pilots decided to quit the takeoff, causing the plane to crash and burst into flames. The suit says this was a bad decision made by the pilots.

I believe that when there is negligence there should be consequences for those responsible.   But filing a lawsuit against the two dead pilots?  They’re already dead!  I know people get angry and they want someone to pay figuratively and literally, but they already paid for their actions with their lives.  I don’t think that the families of these pilots should be made to suffer further.   I got a bad case of the Outsider looking in.

Melanie Griffith spotted with her children!

Actress Melanie Griffith and her children Alexander Bauer and Dakota Johnson were out and about doing some last minute Christmas in Aspen!

 

They are freezing!  If I have been freezing my butt of in 50 degree weather in CA, I know that at the end of the day that they must have to soak their fingers in cold water to thaw out.  I hate being cold!
