Madonna slips and falls during Concert!

I gotta give it to Madonna, she knows how to recover.  When she falls during her concert, she makes it part of the act.  She was just a little short of doing a Pee-Wee Herman where she looked at the audience and said ‘I meant to do that’!   But hers was just a little slip, not like when Beyonce took that fall down those stairs (and she did recover nicely considering she probably had concussion).    But anyway, heres the clip!

Beyonce performed ‘Listen’ with  new X-Factor Winner Alexandra Burke this weekend before her win was announced.  The X-Factor is the UK’s version of American Idol!  Looking forward to hearing good things from Ms. Burke in the near future!

Naomi Watts gives birth to second child!

 

Naomi Watts and partner Liev Schreiber welcomed their second son yesterday.  People Magazine (via Huffington Post) reports that Samuel Kai Schreiber was born Saturday weighing in at 7lbs 13 oz.  Congrats!

Shoes are thrown at President Bush’s Head during final visit to Iraq!!!

During a surprise final visit to Iraq, President Bush had to duck to dodge two shoes that were thrown at him by an Iraqi Reporter.  It has been reported that he sole of the shoes are ultimate insult the  in the Arab Culture.  The Reporter called Bush a ‘dog’ and told him that “this is a Farewell kiss from the Iraqi people” before hurling his two shoes at The President and consequently being forced to the ground and then led out of the room.  Dana Perino- The White House Spokesperson sustained a black eye during the scuffle.

I guess that the Reporter wasn’t too happy that Bush apparently was in the Country to sign a Security Agreement pact with Iraqi PM Nouri Maliki.  The pact calls for the U.S. to leave Iraq in 2011.  Just some loose ends he had to take care of before Barack is sworn in.
